THE CHALLENGE
12.2 million people are affected by fuel poverty in France. Our client, a large energy group, has imagined a solution: Solid’Rgie, a group energy purchase offer where the economies of scale are reused to help finance the most precarious electricity bills… Before launching the offer, our client wants to test its adequacy with the market.
THE SOLUTION
We are launching an innovation sprint. An MVP (minimum viable product) is created and a test procedure according to the lean startup methodology is launched.
OUTCOME
In 1 month and with a reduced budget, the customer was able to realize, with quantified evidence, that his idea did not meet the expected market. He was thus able to stop the project by limiting losses to a minimum.
